Thank You!

We promised “expensive” junk at jaw-dropping prices, beer at incredulous rates and a merry Sunday boating experience all round to boot... and we’d like to believe we delivered a top-notch event – just like only we can!

The sight of merry faces carrying back a computer for a mere 50-ringgit or the fact that a 38” jumbo TV went for a measly RM200 will forever be etched in our memories.

Because, lest we forget – this event was not about profit. Nay.. because while YOU thank us... we thank YOU! We can only be thankful that we afforded many of you the opportunity to pick up tons of useful junk at a more than affordable rate.. for a charitable cause, at that.

We thank you for the joyful laughter you brought to our humble event, we thank you for the wily banter we got to witness as old mates got the chance to rekindle their past friendships whilst chugging at all-day happy-hour beer and last but not least, we thank you for your presence in our drive to assist the needy.

Having said that, Back2back ideas would like to express its deepest gratitude to the humble contributors who managed to drop by our humble ship on the day – a big thank you to YOU, kind-hearted soul for helping us help you!

All and all, just to divulge and flaunt our success a little, we raised enough dough to donate RM500 in cash to charity! Some of the donated items were identified and put aside prior to the event for donation purposes as well; and all our volunteers were graced with free homemade nyonya kueh and a nice token of appreciation to boot!

In case you were a volunteer and have not collected your "gift"; do contact one of us and we'll see to it that you get something!

On behalf of the respected charity foundations involved, we would like to thank you all for participating in our joy-filled charity-ganza and would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a merryful merry christmas and a prosperous new year ahead!
